SILOS IN TREVIRA FABRIC
Modular silos for interiors in antistatic fabric system HT patented by
CEPI S.PA. Extraction with fluidized bottom or vibrating cone and distributor, also to feed multiple lines. Ideal for flour, sugar and all the main ingredients involved in food processes on production lines. Equipotentiality guaranteed by patented CEPI technology and advanced safety systems for overpressure and depression during loading and storage.
STAINLESS STEEL SILOS
Manufactured by CEPI SPÀ with an exclusive cylinder welding technique that reduces the risk of contamination to zero. The internal surface is completely smooth to avoid the formation of residues.
They guarantee the highest levels of hygiene and safety and are equipped with dust recovery filters and air extractors. It is ATEX compliant and suitable for all food ingredients, including abrasive ingredients.
Extraction can be simple or multiple with fluidized bottom for flour oxygenation, FIFO management, vibrating cone extraction for all products, including abrasive and hygroscopic products such as sugar and salt.
They include: access door in skirt with key lock, porthole for inspection and cleaning, security systems such as mechanical valves for overpressure or vacuum control, anti-explosion panels, anti-condensation system for the control and regulation of the internal temperature, insulation or drying systems depending on the product in storage or in the case of particular climatic conditions.
BIG BAG
Variable capacity big bag emptying station, suitable both for loading silos and for direct feeding to production lines, They allow the reuse of the big bags and are equipped with a hoist for lifting the big bags, easy closure and unloading aid.
DOSAGE
OF INGREDIENTS
Expandable and hermetic modular units for precise dosing of micro-ingredients in powder and granules, capable of handling complex products such as milk and cocoa powder, salt and more.
The suction system with a dust recovery filter prevents dust from escaping into the environment during the discharge of the hoppers, and during the dosing to the lines. It is excellent both for confectionery products (snacks, biscuits, pastries, cakes, chocolate , sweets, drinks) and for bakery products (bread, pizza, short and long pasta).
HARNESS COOLING
Correct and linear management of dough temperature is essential in production processes, affecting fermentation times and creating irregularities in finished products. CEPI offers a cooling system that gradually reaches the set temperature, based on direct air exchange.
The progressive cooling of the CEPI system guarantees stability and precision, and homogeneity in the dough thanks to the direct heat exchange on each flour particle. There is no heat exchanger in the conveying lines and therefore no blockages are created in the pipes, and no time or resources are wasted to purge and restore the lines
